BID BULLETIN NO. 2

This is to notify prospective bidders of the clarifications/amendments in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and Terms of Reference (TOR) as discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference conducted on December 09, 2011 at the ASG Conference Room, 6th Floor, SSS Makati Building, Ayala Avenue corner V. A Rufino Street, Makati City:

1. The prospective bidder must have at least an aggregate of three (3) years experience handling client(s) under the Cost-Plus scheme or Third Party Administration (TPA) mode of health insurance.

2. The prospective bidder is not required to submit a contract or a notice of award as proof of its ongoing and/or completed contracts listed in the required Statement of Ongoing and Completed Contracts.

3. The prospective bidder must have at least ten (10) existing corporate clients under any scheme or mode of health insurance.

4. During the Opening of Bids, a prospective bidder may request the BAC for reason of confidentiality that its Statement of Ongoing and Completed Contracts be shown to and examined by the BAC and TWG member only for the determination of compliance of the prospective bidder with this requirement.

5. The deadline for submission of Eligibility/Technical and Financial Proposals shall be until 9:00 A.M., December 22, 2011 (Thursday).

All other provisions in the ITB and TOR shall remain.
